Installation work carries a 5-year warranty; materials follow the manufacturer's warranty (10-30 years depending on the model).
Consultation and quotation are free. The on-site survey fee is fully credited back to you once you hire us — 1,000 baht for new installation or design work, and 3,500 baht for repair or leak-diagnosis work that requires our team to go up on the roof and produce a report. Outside Bangkok we add travel cost by actual distance and always tell you the amount before booking.
A bare sheet does make some rain noise — that is the nature of metal. We fix it by lining PE/PU insulation under the sheet, which cuts both noise and heat at once, or you can choose a vinyl roof, which is quieter.
Payment is staged by work progress, with the stages written clearly in the quotation before work starts. We accept cash and bank transfer to the company account; we do not accept credit cards and do not offer 0% installment plans.
