ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน · Terms of Service

This website, themetalsheet.com, is operated by THEMETAISHEET CO.,LTD. (registered name; trading as The Metal Sheet; Thai name: บริษัท เดอะเมทัลชีท จำกัด), Bangkok, Thailand. By using this website you agree to the terms below.

1. Information on this website

Content, project photos and articles are provided for general information. We aim to keep them accurate and current but do not guarantee completeness in every case.

2. Prices and estimates

Prices or price ranges shown on this website, and preliminary estimates based on information you send us by LINE, form or other channels, are rough estimates and not binding quotations. Actual prices depend on the site, design, materials and agreed scope of work, and are stated in a quotation or contract signed by both parties.

3. Enquiries and appointments

Sending a form, or contacting us via LINE, Messenger or phone, is an enquiry and not a contract of work. A contract exists only when both parties agree and sign a document.

4. Warranty

Warranty terms are set out on our Warranty page as standard terms. The terms and duration for each job follow the quotation issued for that job.

5. Copyright

All text, images, videos and other media on this website are the copyright of THEMETAISHEET CO.,LTD. You may not use, copy or adapt them for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Third-party links and services

This website may contain links or embedded content from third-party services (such as Facebook / Messenger, LINE, YouTube and TikTok) and uses Google and Meta measurement tools as described in our Privacy Policy. These are outside our control; please read the policies of those providers.

7. Company social media accounts (including TikTok)

The company publishes its own videos on its company social media accounts, including TikTok, and may use the TikTok API (Content Posting) solely for that purpose. We do not use it to collect or sell TikTok users' data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the last-updated date is shown at the top. Updates do not apply retroactively to work already agreed.

9. Privacy

The collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
